Founded in 1960 by Bernard HAYOT, the group underwent rapid development in industrial activities (food processing, construction materials) and in importing branded articles. In the 80s, it launched what would become its two main activities, Volume Retailing (food and non-food) and Automobile Dealing. Today GBH devotes the essence of its human and financial resources to the development of these two trades.
