GBH has signed an agreement to acquire Vindémia
- GBH is set to take over the activities of Vindémia*, which comprises the subsidiaries of the Casino group in Réunion, Mayotte, Madagascar and Mauritius
- GBH will simultaneously hand over four hypermarkets to the company Make Distribution* (Intermarché partner) to maintain competitive equilibrium in Réunion
- This project is subject to prior approval from the relevant competition authorities and to prior consultation with Vindémia staff representatives
- Vindémia employees overwhelmingly support the planned takeover of Jumbo and Score stores by GBH
- GBH announces it has initiated the pre-notification procedure with the Autorité de la Concurrence regarding its takeover of Vindémia activities
