11 apprentices start their apprenticeship at the Apprenticeship Training Centre (CFA) of the Chamber of Trades (CMA) and at Martinique Automobiles, after 6 months spent in training at the Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA).

After a recruitment and applicant selection period, 11 trainees started on the programme and received 6 months of training at the RSMA. The end of this phase marks the start of their work-study programme at the Apprenticeship Training Centre of the Chamber of Trades and Martinique Automobiles. Today, trainees have signed their apprenticeship contracts, which will last for 7 months.

After successfully completing the motor-vehicle electromechanic technician training programme, trainees will get a permanent job at one of GBH’s subsidiaries.

In June 2023, the RSMA and GBH established the “GBH-RSMA Career Springboard” programme (known as the "Tremplin pour l’emploi GBH-RSMA" locally) in order to help young Martinicans who are struggling to find a job into work. France Travail (the branch of the French government agency responsible for supporting job seekers and employers); the Martinique Missions Locales Nord (MILNORD), Centre (MILCEM) and Sud (MILSUD); the Apprenticeship Training Centre of the Chamber of Trades; and Martinique Automobiles are involved in this innovative scheme. By signing a partnership charter on 5 October 2023, the partners formally agreed to pool their skills.

It aims to recruit and train 11 course participants without any prior motor-vehicle qualifications, so that they can obtain a vocational diploma qualifying them as a motor-vehicle electromechanical technician (a "BAC Pro" qualification, equivalent to a Level 4 diploma in the European Qualifications Framework).
