The Guadeloupe Local Education Authority and GBH team up to help to get young Guadeloupeans into work
for the training and integration of young people
The Guadeloupe Local Education Authority and GBH are committed to working to bring together the worlds of national education and business.
On Friday 12 July 2024, the Local Education Authority and GBH signed an agreement to help to get students into work and develop their knowledge of the job market. This partnership is built on joint efforts, which bring together the resources and expertise of both partners:
-For 8 years, GBH has been a partner of the “Prix de l’Entreprise” entrepreneurship award ceremony organised each year by the Local Education Authority and its partners, which was most recently held on Thursday 11 July 2024. The best vocational baccalaureate holders who have both academic skills and can handle the demands of the business world won awards.
This year, for the first time, GBH played a bigger role in helping to spotlight excellence in three professional sectors linked to the Group’s activities (mechanics, butchery and sales/commerce), with a “GBH special award”. Yesterday, GBH was able to present these awards to the three winners at the ceremony.
