A new “Career Springboard" programme for the motor-vehicle mechanics sector in Réunion Island

The RSMA, the Réunion Island Chamber of Trades and GBH are joining forces to launch the “Career Springboard" programme (known as the "Tremplin Pour l'Emploi” locally) for the motor-vehicle mechanics sector. The three institutions have just signed an agreement, with all of the partners in attendance, to start the recruitment process.

The 15 selected students will be offered a permanent job a GBH subsidiary, once they have successfully completed every stage of the training programme. The Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA) and the Réunion Island Chamber of Trades (CMAR), in partnership with the GBH group, have announced the launch of the “Career Springboard” programme for the motor-vehicle mechanics sector.

This partnership aims to offer real career opportunities to 15 young people who are struggling to find a job and do not have any qualifications, but want to get involved in these growth sectors that are undergoing rapid technological changes. At the end of this training programme, once they have obtained their vocational qualification, participants will be offered a permanent job within a GBH group subsidiary: Speedy, REP, Pneu Pas Cher and Norauto.
